We agree the brief with you, source and screen candidates, interview them, and present a shortlist with notes on each person. We then organize interviews and support you through the offer and acceptance process.
How quickly can you send candidates?
For most roles you receive first candidates within 5-10 working days.
How much does recruitment cost?
Depending on the volume and role challenges, from 1 gross monthly salary.
Will pay transparency rules affect how we recruit?
Yes. From 1 November 2026, candidates can ask for the pay range before the first interview, and job ads must be gender-neutral. We build this into every brief. See Optimal Pay.
