It's been 13 years since Optimal was founded. There were 3 of us then, over 120 today. Our one company is now a Group of seven, and from our initial launch in Greece, we are now present in six countries. We have partnered with industry giants and specialists, like Gi Group and Kilpatrick, the renowned in Service Excellence Delivery & Customer Experience Management expert, Chris Daffy, and the World-Class people development products provider, Advanced People Strategies.

We owe this to several factors; our incredible team, our honorable clients & partners, and our dedication to the "why we do what we do”, which was our drive during the beginning.

When I decided to follow my vision, my goal was to build a boutique #HR Company whose uniqueness would lie on my passion for perfectionism. Thankfully we still rely on the latter, and that is what makes us good. We are committed to it; we never stop training and learning, we always perform our duties with the same dedication and excitement as the early days, and we are always respectful of the trust people - clients and candidates - confide in us. That is why we are not just 3 people anymore, but 120, and not just a Greek local company, but an international Group.
